JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitionesr apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2349 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 is said to be mother-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 happens to be maternal father -in-law of the complainant.

From perusal of the contents of the complaint petition, I find that entire allegation centers around against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14474 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 husband of the complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Complaint Case No. 2349 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
