2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.2, 4 and 5 and with reference to the averments made therein submission has been made that in compliance of the order of this Court, the application of the petitioner for Arms License has been duly considered by the

Patna High Court MJC No.3440 of 2017 dt.24-08-2023 2/2 District Magistrate, Patna and the same has been disposed of by reasoned and speaking order, negating his claim.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the District Magistrate, is in complete defiance of the order of this Court, as the same is not in accordance with law.

4. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the in deference to the order of this Court, the order has already been passed. Accordingly the present contempt application stands disposed of.
