JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 364 of 2013 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 427, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some dispute with regard to the money transaction the accusation has been levelled and investigation has not concluded as yet.

Considering the fact that F.I.R was registered in 2013 with accusation under cognizable offence, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

It is expected from the investigating agency to conclude the investigation expeditiously.
