2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 10.12.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9438 of 2011 has been partially complied with.

3. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1712 of 2022(3) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 O.P. No.9 stating therein that the order of this Court has been complied with and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, on 29.12.2021 under District Order No.5359 of 2021 [Memo No.14948] passed consequential district order and it was held that the petitioner will be entitled for all the benefits from 29.02.2008 till 29.09.2015 and the order of compulsory retirement was held to be effective from 29.09.2015 only.

4. From perusal of the show-cause filed on behalf of the O.P. No.9, it manifests that the order dated 10.12.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9438 of 2011 has been complied with.

5. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 1712 of 2022 stands disposed of.

6. If the petitioner is not satisfied, in that event, he shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ application regarding the promotion and other benefits, in accordance with law. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U
