====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 It is brought to notice that the opposite party No.2 works as teacher, therefore, she is able to maintain herself.

In such circumstances, the order dated 24.10.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihari in Maintenance Case No.32 of 2010 is modified to the extent that the order of paying maintenance to opposite party No.2 is hereby set aside.

The petitioner shall continue to pay Rs.4000/- to the opposite party No.3 as directed by the Court below failing which strict action shall be taken against him.
