At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.11805 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 3/3 to avail the liberty already granted by the learned Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2022, passed in a writ petition filed by the petitioner earlier, i.e. CWJC No. 12229 of 2021. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
