Patna High Court CWJC No.6871 of 2012 (4) dt.05-05-2016 the Respondent Railway submits that the writ petition has now become infructuous by efflux of time as the work contemplated under the tender had to be completed by September, 2012.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called, the writ petition stands dismissed.
