The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 323, 341,354(B), 452 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that six F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed, put the house of the informant on fire when Rinku Khan assaulted the wife of the informant, Javed Khan assaulted the sister of the informant and rest of accused taken away the articles including the jewellery from the house of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation is against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8682 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2 / 2 Rinku Khan and Javed Khan and accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 545 of 2014, G.R. No. 1601 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
