The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chandauti P.S. case No. 50/2016 under Section 420, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was appointed as Block Teacher in Urdu Middle School, Sherpur but on verification of certificate it was found that petitioner submitted forged certificate of Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test showing that she obtained 85.94% of marks. It was found that certificate of T.E. Test is forged one and the petitioner had failed in the examination. Considering the fact that petitioner produced forged certificate at the time of her appointment, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22309 of 2016 (3) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 is rejected.
If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, i.e., the learned C.J.M., Gaya in Chandauti P.S. case No. 50 of 2016, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on its own merit.
