In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 380 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 504/34, 307 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second attempt for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. This Court, vide order dated 18.5.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 30283 of 2018, has already rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43150 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
