JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/353/333/427/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 35 to 40 unknown persons including the petitioner while protesting against a road accident, by a tractor, entered into the premises of police station, damaged the government property and caused injuries to the police personnel. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against this petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Co-accused Sharwan Das has been granted anticipatory bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45051 of 2013.

Case No.86 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
