The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.67 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B). 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the statement made in the F.I.R. that the marriage was solemnized on 7th May, 2017 and the lady has been killed on 4th March, 2018 just after about nine months. As per the allegation made therein, huge quantity of money and material was given and even thereafter, the family was demanding Rs.5 lakhs. When the informant side failed to make payment ultimately the victim was killed. The petitioner No.1, Lalita Devi, is the mother-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43495 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 in-law whereas the petitioner No.2, Puja Kumari, is married Nanad.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner No.1, Lalita Devi, while the petitioner No.2, Puja Kumar (married Nanad), in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Maistrate-I, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.67 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
