Heard the parties in virtual Court.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering general and omnibus allegation of assault committed by several persons to the deceased, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to some other co-accused. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8550 of 2021(2) dt.24-06-2021 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaighat Police Station Case No.02 of 2015, G.R.No.78 of 2015 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
