Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 R.P (UP) Act 66. One Exide Battery is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.05.2018 without having any criminal antecedent.
