Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the FIR with allegation that he opened fire causing firearm injury to injured Shakila Khatoon but learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 2 to this petition and submitted that no firearm injury was found on the person of injured Shakila Khatoon. He further submitted that moreover, prosecution case goes to show that alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-cum- Sub Judge 4, Jehanabad in Kako P.S. Case no. 64/2018.
