3. Registry is hereby requested to list the LPA No. 1261 of 2019 before the concerned Roster Bench at the earliest. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 2401 of 2024 stands allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Patna within a period of six weeks.
