JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner made attempt to establish forceful physical relationship with the deaf and dumb daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9841 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Nawada.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
