====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 23.05.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22130 of 2021(5) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 diary was called for.

On perusal of the case diary, I find no allegation or material against the petitioner for the offence u/s 376 of the IPC. Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.05.2022, in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.44 of 2020 is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
