2. The representation of the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara which is pending since 28.05.2021 for payment of compensation for the death of the husband of the petitioner who sufferred from Covid.

3. The representation of the petitioner should not have been kept pending for such a long period.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2021 within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication

5. While considering the representation of the petitioner the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara will consider the documents and will not dismiss the claim of the petitioner on a flimsy ground as the petitioner's husband has died because of Covid and the petitioner has waited long for grant of compensation.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of .

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
