JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 It is stated in the present application, seeking modification of the order, dated 13.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31248 of 2019, that father's name of petitioner No.3 was wrongly typed as 'Sunil Singh' in place of 'Vinay Singh'. It is being stated that it was because of the typographical error that father's name of petitioner No. 3 was mentioned as 'Sunil Singh' in the main application.

From the First Information Report, it transpires that father's name of petitioner No. 3 has been mentioned as 'Vinay Singh'.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let father's name of the petitioner No. 3 be read as 'Vinay Singh' in place of 'Sunil Singh' in the order dated 13.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31248 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45807 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 Time allowed for petitioner No. 3 to appear before the Court below is hereby extended by two weeks from today. This application is allowed.
