The date of occurrence is 12.02.2015. Mahua liquor is a countrymade liquor.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Nawada in GO Case No 234 of 2015 subject to all conditions as
