The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 7 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 302 (subsequently added) of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47639 of 2019(4) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioners and there are series of litigation of the same nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since 22.03.2019 (Mahendra Lahotiya) and 07.05.2019 (Pappu Lahotiya) respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 7 of 2019.
