Petitioner seeks bail in Simri P.S. Case No.78 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner has not been apprehended on the spot. Kishan Manjhi was apprehended on the spot and total 366 bottles of foreign liquor each of 180 ML was recovered from the motorcycle. Apprehended accused disclosed the name of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Simri P.S.
