JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR there was dispute with respect to drainage and petitioner along with other co-accused persons came and made firing and causing death of the deceased. Further allegation against accused persons is of assaulting the deceased and others.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation either of firing or assaulting the deceased against the petitioner and injury reports of other injured persons are not available on the record.
