Patna High Court LPA No.416 of 2017(8) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 19324 of 2015, original respondents -State of Bihar and others have preferred the present Letters Patent Appeals. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants- State of Bihar and others has fairly conceded that the very impugned common judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge, but in other writ petitions, came to be considered by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 402 of 2017 and the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 10th January, 2018 has dismissed the said Letters Patent Appeal.

In view of the above, and for the reasons stated in the order dated 10th January, 2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 402 of 2017, the present Appeals also stand dismissed.

In view of the disposal of the main present Letters Patent Appeal, Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
