The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 517/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 341, 323, 379, 385, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while informant reached with his vehicle near Sakri River, this petitioner along with other accused persons were present there from before armed with pistol. They asked the informant to inform the Balu Thikedar to give Rangdari. Petitioner is alleged to have snatched Rs. 20,000/- from the informant at the point of pistol.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47918 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 compromise has taken place between the parties. Photo copy of compromise petition is annexed as Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 517/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
