JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case and the matter is posted for final hearing. It is pointed out that the case is of the year 1994, therefore, the learned trial court should conclude the trial expeditiously. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to expeditious disposal of the trial.
Having regard to the submissions noted here-inabove and finding that this case has already remained pending for 28 years, this Court directs that the learned trial
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.152 of 2017(3) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 court shall keep the records on day to day basis and complete the hearing of the case and conclude the same and dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
