Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Vide order dated 17.02.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the lower court, which has been received. From perusal of the same, it appears that 8 witnesses, including doctor and one I.O., have already been examined and one I.O. and one public witness are yet to examined. In view of the stage of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2018, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as
