That this application is directed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus / any other appropriate writ / order / direction commanding the respondents to perform their Statutory obligation and legal duty to protect the life and Property of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 21 and Article 300A of the Constitution of India, from antisocial elements who are illegally disturbing the petitioner in development of his land and attempting to cause injury either physically or mentally whenever he tried to start construction work on

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
