Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The petitioner and other co-accused were arrested with the stolen motorcycle. The FIR is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2018 and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3.

Considering the entire facts, let the

No.51102 of 2018 (2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N. H. Bangara Police Station Case No.20 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
