2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 808 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 411, 412, 413, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the police raided a room after arresting one criminal in that course, the petitioner was arrested and there was a recovery of one USA made pistol, ornaments, cartridges etc.

5. Learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner has similar antecedents also.

6. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
