2. The present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'the BNSS, 2023') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners who apprehend arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 446 of 2025, lodged on 27/11/2025, under Sections 85, 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against five named accused persons including the present petitioners with allegation of murder of the deceased by hanging.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel submits that the petitioner No.1 is the old father-in-law and the petitioner No.2 is the brother-in-law (dewar of the victim). Counsel submits that death is admittedly taken place at Maika. Counsel submits that the marriage was solemnized within six months and after marriage the deceased never visited to her sasural. Counsel submits that the husband of the deceased has surrendered on 22/12/2025. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioners is clean. Counsel further submits that petitioners are ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon them.
5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that the specific allegation against them that they have committed the offence.
6. Considering the fact that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the deceased had never visited to her sasural, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand)
