After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded. Accordingly this application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to take steps for regular bail. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the court below will pass the order in accordance with law on the same day without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
