JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 The petitioner, a PDS dealer, prays for quashing order dated 19.11.2011, passed by respondent no.3 cancelling his PDS licence no.16 of 1997 on the allegation that her shop was closed at the time of inspection.

The petitioner submits that he has already filed Supply Appeal no. 108 of 2011.
