This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Raxaul Police Station Case No. 67 of 2004 (G.R. No. 203 of 2004), disclosing offences under Sections 22, 23 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to the final form. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that police after investigation saying that there was no evidence against the petitioner, the learned Court below has taken cognizance after differing with the final form.
