Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused Md. Kalimuddin and Nashad caught hold the mother of the informant and caused injury on her neck by means of axe, as a result she died on the spot.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria.
