2. The learned counsel submits that petitioner Ajit Kumar @ Ajit Mandal was granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 28.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.27209 of 2024 with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Egne Mandal.

3. The learned counsel submits that name of the father of Ajit Kumar @ Ajit Mandal is Ranjan Mandal, but inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No.27209 of 2024 it was recorded that Ajit Kumar @ Ajit Mandal is son of Egne Mandal.

4. The learned counsel thus submits that order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57257 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 28.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.27209 of 2024 be modified to read the name of the father of Ajit Kumar @ Ajit Mandal as son of Ranjan Mandal in stead of Egne Mandal.

5. In the view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners order dated 28.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.27209 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

6. The modification application is allowed.
