JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 At the outset, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.03.2017 passed in CWJC no. 18042 of 2010, the appellate authority has withdrawn the punishment of dismissal of the original petitioner from service and has substituted by the same by an order of compulsory retirement.

In such view of the matter, the learned Senior counsel, though does not wish to press the present petition but it is requested that the authorities be directed to clear all the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.205 of 2017 (5) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 outstanding dues.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the respondents to clear all the outstanding dues including the retiral dues within a period of six weeks from today, failing which penal consequences shall be-fall the Superintendent of police, Gaya.
