There is allegation of rape against the petitioner and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this court. However, it is informed that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case of petitioner is on the verge of conclusion. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
