The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No.187 of 2008 registered under sections 302/34 of the IPC.

The mother of the deceased lodged the case and alleged that her daughter was strangulated to death. Her grandson-in-law and the son of the deceased disclosed the facts on enquiry.

It is submitted that victim was married ten years ago and there is no eye witness of the occurrence but from perusal of case diary it appears that the minor son of the deceased disclosed that the both the petitioners strangulated his mother to death. Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
