The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-1/A to the supplementary affidavit. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7515 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Railway P.S. Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
