The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/325/379/504/506/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that for distribution of money spent on the Shradh of the grand-mother of the informant, the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant when his father came to rescue he was also assaulted by them. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner caused one injury and other two injuries have been found simple in nature. The petitioner and father of the informant are own brother. There is counter version of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11267 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majarganj P.S. Case No.403 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
