It is agreed at the Bar that the overall issue remains only with regard to the actual number of dues for which leave encashment is to be paid and also with regard to the interest on the E.P.F.

It appears that for such dues, the respondents no. 3 and 4 have the liability to pay.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with a direction to respondents no. 3 and 4 to pay the statutory

Patna High Court CWJC No.218 of 2012 dt.28-08-2015 2/2 interest on E.P.F. from the date it became due till the date of actual payment to the petitioner. Let the same be done within three weeks from the date of production of this order upon the respondents no. 3 and 4.

The petitioner shall also have the liberty to file a representation before the respondents no. 3 and 4 along with a copy of this order relating to any discrepancies in computation of the E.P.F. of her late husband. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondents no. 3 and 4 would be obliged to look into the same and if it is found that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to her within two weeks thereafter.
