The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons is of kidnapping of informant's daughter with ill intention.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. As per allegation, the victim girl had gone with co-accused Gaurav Kumar. The petitioner happens to be uncle of the said Gaurav Kumar. They had gone to perform marriage. The petitioner has been made accused because he

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018.
