The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2018 in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and that there was no recovery from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing and ready to abide by all the terms and conditions as imposed by this court if he is extended the benefit of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45055 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
