3. It appears that Title Appeal No. 17 of 1996 was dismissed for default for non compliance of the order and the learned court below after considering the submissions and facts and circumstances of the case has passed the impugned order for

Patna High Court CWJC No.10749 of 2014 dt.05-07-2016 restoration.

4. This court does not find any error of jurisdiction or illegality in the impugned order warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

5. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
