The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2020.

Considering the period under custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8145 of 2021(3) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020.
