2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 dated 13.06.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 & 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
