The petitioners being the mother and sister of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the D. P. Act.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9825 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2 / 2 connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Darbhanga, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
