Mr. Ram Sevak Choudhary ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 342, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant along with his friend Manjit Kumar was returning home, these petitioners surrounded them and started making assault. They also snatched cash of Rs. 2500/- of the informant and golden locket of his friend.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61162 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 occurrence also and both sides received injuries. Moreover, the injuries of the informant's side have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 10, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
